Provision of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Services

Description

IT Sligo seek a Partner of Record for our use of MS Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution. Services will include development support to build on our initial pilot solution plus technical support, over two years. The development will enable improved processes that will support the IT Sligo Strategic Plan. The initial pilot introduced limited processes to tackle stakeholder engagement and student recruitment. We intend to manage development work over the timeframe of this contract by scoping and managing individual projects, each with a duration of about 4 months. We aim to limit the development spend on each of these projects to under €25k, completing 4 projects in the two year period of the contract. We do not require the supplier to provide licences for Dynamics 365
