2021/7871 Framework agreement for water and sewage/HVAC and sanitation products

Description

Innkjøpssamarbeidet på Haugalandet hereafter called the Contracting Authority, intends to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of water and sewage/HVAC and sanitation material for Bokn, Etne, Haugesund, Karmøy, Sveio, Tysvær, Vindafjord, and Utsira Municipalities. Karmøy Municipality is responsible for the work on the contract, and represents the Contracting Authority in this matter. Each municipality is an independent legal unit, and separate contracts will be made for each unit. The final contract must be signed by authorised persons at the tenderer and in each municipality. The notice is binding for the participating municipalities. Entities where the municipality/municipalities are majority owner(s) or are the main financer can join the contract in the contract period. Separate contracts will be made for such cases.
