Airport House, Shannon Airport - Design team for upgrade of ground floor to incorporate an Enterprose Centre

Airport House is an existing large four-storey multi-let office building, with a two storey Annex to the back, located in Shannon Free Zone West, Shannon, Co. Clare. The building was originally constructed in the 1960s and is a signature building within Shannon Free Zone and is adjacent to Shannon Airport. Some upgrade works were carried out in 2015 on the ground and first floors of the main building. The building is currently about fifty percent occupied with a number of tenants between the main building and the first floor of the Annex. Shannon Commercial Properties is looking for a Design Team to assist with the upgrade of the ground floor of the Annex building and a section of the ground floor of the existing main building into an enterprise centre with breakout/hotdesk space, single and small multi office areas and meeting/training rooms. The enterprise centre will facilitate small start-ups and companies to work close to the airport and existing aviation industries in Shannon Free Zone. Also required is a coffee dock and new toilet facility.
