PRP051 - Repair and Maintenance of Heating Equipment and Heating Controls

Description

The Council is inviting suppliers to tender for a framework contract for the provision of repairs and maintenance to heating equipment and servicing, repairs and maintenance to heating controls. The Council’s property portfolio throughout Derbyshire includes but is not limited to: schools, libraries, corporate buildings and offices. Lot 1: Heating repairs and maintenance to North Derbyshire The successful bidder will carry out repairs and maintenance to the heating systems for the North District of Derbyshire on the Councils request to supplement the Council’s in-house operations. Lot 2: Heating repairs and maintenance to South Derbyshire The successful bidder will carry out repairs and maintenance to the heating systems for the South District of Derbyshire on the Councils request to supplement the Council’s in-house operations. Lot 3: Servicing, repairs, and maintenance of heating controls to the entirety of Derbyshire The successful bidder will carry out repairs and maintenance to heating controls for hot water and heating systems, BMS systems including control panels pumps and wiring. All heating control systems must have open protocol communication.
