Interior Design Services - YLCAN Tottenham Lane (Crouch End)

Description

Provision of Interior Design Services for the redevelopment of YMCA London City and North's supported accommodation scheme at 184 Tottenham Lane, Crouch End, London. The development comprises approximately 174 bedspaces within a co-living model, including shared kitchens and lounges, communal areas, staff facilities and support spaces. The contract requires the supplier to provide coordinated interior design services to RIBA Stage 3+, including the development of interior design proposals, coordination with the architect and multidisciplinary design team, preparation of Room Data Sheets (RDS), finishes schedules, FF&E specifications, joinery design and technical detailing, wayfinding and signage strategy, contribution to contractor tender documentation, and integration of inclusive, sustainable and psychologically informed design principles suitable for supported housing. The services are to be supplied through collaborative design workshops, project meetings and technical coordination with the wider consultant team, resulting in a fully coordinated Stage 3+ interior design package and contractor tender information in accordance with the agreed programme. The contract value is £100,000 excluding VAT and the services are anticipated to be delivered between 18 September 2026 and 30 November 2026. ## Contract award
