Description

This document invites organisations participating in the procurement (the tenderers) to tender for point to point connectivity for the CAREN-3 network: — between Ashgabat (Turkmenistan) NREN POP and Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan) CAREN-3 POP, — between Ashgabat (Turkmenistan) NREN POP and Frankfurt (Germany) GEANT POP. Contract awarding is subject to the funding agreement between Geant and the EC. Contracts that may be awarded from this procurement will run for a maximum term of 3 years. It is planned that Geant Ltd will in the near future be dissolved and all of its assets and liabilities transferred to its parent company, GÉANT Vereniging, based in The Netherlands.
