The project addresses defects to the external fabric of the protected Clock Tower at Lynch’s Quay, Cobh and includes internal works within the clock tower. This includes scaffolded access, renewal of pitched slate roofs, repair and reinstatement of rainwater goods, conservation of external stucco and render, repainting with breathable coatings and internal tower plaster removal.
