Description
The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement for cleaning services. The contracting authority is responsible for cleaning of approx. 100 000 m2 divided in approx. 40 user locations. The scope of the contract includes the following: 1) Fixed cleaning assignments; 2) Temporary cleaning staff in case of sick leaves in the municipal organisation; 3) Cleaning of municipal flats and houses, as well as cleaning purpose-built buildings after maintenance measures have been executed; 4) Other cleaning services at ad-hoc requirements such as public holidays, events, etc. 5) Orders for periodical cleaning services.
