Description
The contracting authority hereby calls for tenders for an contract for the procurement of consulting services for mapping the current situation for bicycles in Fredrikstad towards 2027. A comprehensive description of the contract is given in the annexes to the tender documentation. Lot 1: Fredrikstad municipality established Fredrikstad's bicycle scheme in the summer of 2020. The scheme shall initially be in operation until 2027, and the main goal is to increase the use of bicycles. One of the tasks of the scheme is mapping the current situation for bicycles in Fredrikstad, and to follow the development regularly in the years ahead towards 2027.
