YPO conducted this further competition on behalf of Bay Education Trust. This further competition was issued in relation to the YPO — 000881 Ground maintenance services which was procured by YPO in compliance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. This involved inviting tenders from the providers who are currently awarded against the relevant lot(s) of the DPS. The customers were looking to award to a provider for grounds maintenance services for Bay Education Trust. This Further Competition (‘FC’) was issued by Bay Education Trust (‘the Client’). Suppliers on the DPS were invited by the client to tender for the provision of grounds maintenance services in accordance with this FC. Bay Education Trust is an Multi-Academy Trust based in Paignton with four schools.
