Irish Wheelchair Association (IWA) is a community of people with physical disabilities across Ireland founded on the belief that everyone should be able to live a life of choice and equality. Our services support people with physical disabilities to live independently and our campaigns demand equal rights and opportunities for people with physical abilities with 20,000 members, over 2,500 employees, 59 local community centres and 500 volunteers. In addition IWA also have a suite of accessible social houses and help young people with disabilities to build employability skills and confidence. IWA invite responses for the Valuation Reports on 82 of our properties around the country for the following purposes: 1. Re-build value for the purpose of insuring said buildings in the event of a total loss. 2. Market value of each building
