Osprey Housing - Grounds Maintenance Services

Description

Osprey wishes to appoint competent grounds maintenance contractors to manage our communal landscaped and hard standing areas to a high standard. The contractor must be able to demonstrate to deliver the service within the details contained in the associated tender documents. We are looking to appoint contractors on three year contracts, with the option of two single year extensions, depending on performance. Lot 1: Osprey Housing - Grounds Maintenance Services - Area 1 The requirements of this contract are detailed in the Appendix document. They include grass maintenance, meadow area maintenance, shrub maintenance, litter collection, tree maintenance weed and pest control, playground and hard surface maintenance to a defined schedule in communal areas in North East Scotland. We require our contractors to deliver a sustainable and proactive service to the benefit of our tenants and adjoining owners Lot 2: Osprey Housing - Grounds Maintenance Services - Area 2 The requirements of this contract are detailed in the Appendix document.
