A. The St Thomas Catholic Academies Trust is a Multi-Academy Trust comprising of 2 secondary schools and 6 primary schools located across Luton and Slough. This tender process relates to 5 of the schools within the Luton area. B. The contract period will be for 3 years initially with the option to extend for two further one year periods. C. The estimated full contract value over the maximum 5 year duration is expected to be in the region of GBP 3 500 000. Lot 1: A.
