Market Engagement - Independent Learning Responses Framework

NHS England in collaboration with EoE NHS CPH is seeking to establish a new framework agreement for Independent Learning Responses which improves and will replace the Independent Investigations Framework. It is intended that the framework will be reopened every 2 years, to allow new entrants to market the opportunity to Bid for a place on the framework. The Framework will allow niche suppliers access to the Framework and to make direct award and mini-competitions more relevant to contracting authority’s needs. The market is not classed as limited. We will also be adding SSV into the Framework Evaluation at 10%.
