2020-2023 Publication of a Contract: Framework Agreement for Plumbing Services including Material, Molde Municipality

Description

The contracting authority has entered into a framework agreement for plumbing services including material for general operation/maintenance of the municipalities’ buildings. The buildings include: — schools, — Nursery schools, — nursing homes, — administration buildings, — municipal housing, — arts centres, — Sports centres, — other buildings/installations. The framework agreement also includes the discipline of heating installations such as hydronic heating and cooling systems. In this contest, hereafter called heating systems. The framework agreement will not include operation and maintenance of sprinkler systems as this will be part of another framework agreement. Lot 1: The framework agreement will include repairs, maintenance and minor reconstructions on the existing purpose-built buildings, heating systems and municipal residences. It will also include some repairs on fountains, existing pipe systems and installations for the municipality's Water and Sewage departments, including all external pipelines, manholes, sludge separators and the like. The contracting authority has entered into a framework agreement with 2 tenderers. The volume will be split equally between the tenderers. The volume of the service for the municipality will vary from year to year. The estimated scope is non-binding for the contracting authority and involves no rights for the tenderer. It is intended as an indication of the contract size and scope and it will be the municipality´s real need that at all times determines the scope of call-offs during the contract period.
