Sunnhordland Innkjøpsforum, hereafter called the contracting authority, intends to enter into a contract for the delivery of equipment for water analyses and chemicals for swimming pools on behalf of Bømlo, Stord, Kvinnherad, Tysnes, Haugesund, Karmøy, Tysvær, Etne, Sauda, Suldal, Ulvik and Ullensvang Municipalities. Each municipality is an independent legal entity and the final contract shall therefore be signed by a responsible person in each municipality. The framework agreement will ensure that the swimming pools at all times have suitable equipment for water analyses and chemicals to ensure good water quality and clean environments in the pools..
