Gardening, Ground Works, and Pest Control

Rykneld Homes Ltd (RHL) is seeking to appoint one contractor to provide garden, ground works and pest control works to it's occupied properties in North East Derbyshire. Bidders will deliver properties to the RHL Lettable Standard and associated specifications Rykneld Homes main corporate objectives include 'Set our customers up to succeed' and 'Investing in Homes and Communities'. We take pride in delivering these values to our customers lives and as such, the quality of workmanship and the resulting finished product of our properties is of the highest standard. We expect our chosen contractor to operate with the same exacting ethos. Works will be structured on a call-off basis. The contract is for Three years in length with a further one year extension option. The contractor will work across the entire district (North or South). The contractor will be appointed to complement RHL's inhouse Direct Labour Force to ensure sufficient capacity and flexibility to commence works quickly. Due to the unpredictable nature of reported repairs there will be fluctuations in demand for the works required, therefore, it is only possible to provide an estimated numbers of jobs based on previous years.
