TD2416 - Grouped Schools PFI Contract Expiry - Legal Services

Description

Provision of specialist PFI advice including contract, commercial and employment law advice and drafting to assist the Council with managing the expiry of its Grouped Schools PFI Contract. The service will support the Council's PFI Expiry Project Team to effectively manage the expiry of the PFI Contract including the re-procurement of any necessary elements of the PFI contract and working with the relevant Multi Academy Trusts in relation to elements of the PFI contract which are to become their responsibility, with a particular focus on: • Contract reviews • Contract management of existing arrangements • Risk identification • Strategy • Exit plan and arrangements • TUPE and Pension Issues • Any school specific issues • Potential disputes ## Contract award Title: TD2416 - Grouped Schools PFI Contract Expiry - Legal Services
