Description

Northern Ireland Water Limited (NI Water) is undertaking a general market enquiry in relation to Digital Construction Information Management (DCIM) project and associated Common Data Environment (CDE). The purpose is to understand market interest, capability, delivery approaches, indicative costs, implementation timescales, commercial models and information needed by suppliers to support a potential future procurement. The information received may be used to refine the business case, procurement strategy, packaging of requirements, implementation approach and future specification. NI Water is seeking constructive market input and does not expect respondents to produce a full tender response at this stage.
