The City Campus is currently managed by Accuro and the Henley Campus is currently managed by Cleantec, the College is placing their cleaning services to competitive tender and are inviting professional cleaning organisations to bid for the contract with the intention of awarding the contract for both sites, following due process by Friday 7 August 2020; with a contract start date of 1 September 2020. 7.1 City Campus Total pupil numbers: 3 600 Total staff numbers: 800 Estimated m2: 23 629 m2 Cleaning times: 10 p.m.-6 a.m. Day janitor: 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Current provider: ACURRO. 7.2 Henley Campus Total pupil numbers: 2 400 Total staff numbers: 600 Estimated m2: 19 500 m2 Cleaning times: 4 a.m.-8 a.m. Day janitor 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Current provider: Cleantec Services.
