Mandatory Requirements: Bidders must hold Construction Silver Level accreditation with “verified” status and no outstanding Health & Safety actions, or an equivalent accreditation demonstrating the same standards. Installers must be BS7671 IET 18th Edition certified and appropriately qualified for gas boiler installation (including registration on the F-Gas Register). Contract Type: JCT Tendering 2016, with Alternative 1 applied for handling arithmetical errors.
