2433 - Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS)

Description

An Post is seeking a partner to deliver a Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS). This platform will enable bi-directional communications with An Post’s customers worldwide, utilising various technologies to provide updates on mail delivery status, facilitate secure banking transactions, and engage with An Post’s customers regarding all of the services. An Post requires the ability to communicate with both internal and external customers digitally, including but not limited to messaging services currently in use and listed in the specification. The Contract, the subject of this competition is a Contract for five (5) years with an option for one or more extensions by up to three (3) years, at AN POST’s discretion, up to a maximum duration of eight (8) years subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract.
