Description

This contract is for the, Capital Installation, Repair, Servicing and Maintenance of the following Fire Protection Equipment: -Fire Alarm Systems -Emergency Lighting -Smoke Control Systems (AOV) (Primarily Servicing and Responsive Repairs) -Fire Extinguishers/Fire Blankets -Portable Suppression Systems -Sprinklers (including motors and pumps) (Primarily Servicing and Responsive Repairs) -Dry/Wet Risers (Primarily Servicing and Responsive Repairs) -Automatic Fire Detection (Currently completed in-house however this may change thus the Contractor must have the capability and capacity to be able to do this if required) -Electromagnetic Door Close Mechanisms.
