Supply of Newspapers to the Parliamentary Estate

Description

The Corporate Officer of the House of Commons and the Corporate Officer of the House of Lords (the Authority) sought a supplier for the provision of newspapers to the Parliamentary Estate. The Authority requires the timely delivery of national, regional and international newspapers and a limited selection of periodicals to an offsite consolidation centre, from where the Authority will arrange onward delivery to designated locations across the Estate.
