Framework agreement for the procurement of brake meters.

Description

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration has almost 70 traffic stations nationwide, and a number of out stations for inspections with inspection stations where brake meters are used for light and heavy vehicles. The brake meters are used for brake inspections in order to check whether a vehicle's brakes fulfil the relevant valid requirements. The assignment includes the delivery, assembly, and calibration of break meters ready for use with all the necessary devices required to carry out brake inspections/wear inspections of brake requirements in accordance with the Norwegian rules. In addition the tenderer must offer the necessary calibration and service in the guarantee period. The framework agreement's estimated amount is 21 brake meters - 10 for light vehicles and 11 for heavy vehicles. The framework agreement's maximum amount is 30 brake meters. A deduction model will be used in the evaluation, up to NOK 2,150,000 will be given in a deduction for quality.
