Description

Iarnród Éireann is seeking suitably qualified companies for Car Park Management Services required nationwide. Services will include but not limited to: • Nationwide Car Park Management of 77 Car Parks with approx. 12,750 spaces to include: • Full / Part-Time time staffing (where required) • Regular Patrols / Monitoring for Revenue Protections and clamping services as agreed • Car Park Cleaning • Requirement to maintain and repair existing car park signage and procure new signage when and where required by IE and in line with all Government Guidelines. • Collection of Revenue generated through multiple payment methods, including pay via app, credit card and coin and remittance back to IE. • Provide the necessary back office systems to integrate with Car Parking Tickets purchased on IE Ticket Vending Machines and on the irishrail.ie e- commerce platform. • Maintenance of Pay and Display Machines & associated equipment where applicable . Applicants will have expertise in the following and shall demonstrate this in the PQQ response. • Multi Site, Nationwide Car Park Management • Providing Multiple Payment options for customers • Integration with 3rd party API IT systems in terms of revenue generation (similar to IE Ticket Vending Machines & ecommerce platforms) & subsequent car park enforcement in relation to these systems • Revenue Collection, remittance and Maintenance of Pay and Display Equipment on a Multi-Site Nationwide basis • Revenue Protection and Enforcement Services on a Multi-Site Nationwide basis
