Roofline Replacement Works Lot 1: Ochil View Housing Association (OVHA) invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors to undertake roofline replacement works at properties located in Tinian Crescent, Newmills, Fife, KY12 8TB. The works involve the full removal and replacement of deteriorated timber fascia, soffit, and bargeboards with new white, BBA-certified uPVC systems. The benchmark specification is Eurocell Euroboard (18mm) fascia and Airspace Ventilated Soffit (10mm), including all associated trims, joints, and accessories to provide a complete, watertight finish. Contractors must follow the Eurocell installation guide and recognised good trade practice. The scope also includes the careful removal and reinstatement of existing rainwater goods (gutters and downpipes). Any defective sections must be reported immediately and may only be replaced upon written instruction. Entrance door canopy rooflines are excluded from this contract. A Community Benefit Contribution of 2% of the net contract value (excluding VAT and retention) is a mandatory post-award condition.
