Access control system

Description

A framework agreement will be acquired for the procurement and service of access control systems for Kultur- og idrettsbygg Oslo KF's (KID) [the Municipal Undertaking for Culture and Sports Facilities Oslo] installations. As of now, the portfolio consists of approx. 40 properties and installations. In 2017, KID established access control for major parts of the portfolio. Description of the current system is in the requirement specification. There is a need to establish a service and maintenance contract for the established systems, and to be able to supply equipment where it is lacking, or if the established system must be expanded. KID’s access control system consists of: System: Integra W7, Number C.nodes = 29, Number S.nodes = 328, Card readers = 337. The service provider must also be able to deliver equipment to supplement and expand the existing and new systems with fully compatible equipment, without replacing main components in the established system from 2017. Compatible means that the same card technology must be able to be used for new and old systems, and that management, monitoring of programming must be able to take place from the same platform and software. Oslo Municipality c/o Kultur- og idrettsbygg Oslo KF (KID) [the Municipal Undertaking for Culture and Sports Facilities Oslo], hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender competition for a framework agreement for procurement and service of access control systems. KID is a municipal company that will operate, develop and maintain the municipal undertaking for culture and sports facilities buildings in Oslo municipality. As of now, the portfolio consists of approx. 40 properties and installations. There may be changes to the portfolio during the contract period. The procurement concerns a framework agreement for service and maintenance of the established system from 2017. This access control system consists of: System: Integra W7 Number C.nodes = 29 Number S.nodes = 328 Card readers = 337 In addition, the tenderer must be able to deliver equipment to supplement and expand the existing and new systems with fully computable equipment, without the need to replace main components in the established system from 2017.
