Assistance with Manager Recruitment

The Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences (Norwegian abbreviation: HINN) wants to enter into framework agreements for assistance with manager recruitment. The contracting authority wants to enter into 3 parallel framework agreements with several providers for the following: • Lot 1: Comprehensive support for manager recruitment; • Lot 2: Search for candidates; • Lot 3: Comprehensive personal assessment. The parallel framework agreements consist of a total of 3 lots, where separate agreements are awarded for each lot. A percentage distribution mechanism is used between the suppliers for each of the 3 parallel framework agreements.
