This contract Is a measured term contract spanning over a 3 year period to upgrade the Secure Door Entry systems and install CCTV systems works will be Instructed through a tendered schedule of rates and project managed by the housing Investment team. Contract also encompasses common close painting and refurbishment , upgrade to Internal and external electrics and lighting. Lot 1: easured Term Contract to design and upgrade Secure Door Entry Systems to Common Areas managed by the councils Housing Service as part of the HRA Capital programme 2025-2028. Contract to include the refurbishment of common areas to Include, Rewiring, lighting Upgrade and paint works and CCTV
