Grounds maintenance services

Description

MGHA wish to appoint an interim contractor to deliver their grounds maintenance contract whilst undertaking a procurement for a long term contract. It is intended that the contract will start on 1.4.2018 and will run for 12 months with a possible extension of a further 6 months subject to progress that has been made with regard to the re-procurement of the new Contract. The estimated value of the interim contract is 120 000 GBP per annum. MGHA wish to appoint an interim contractor to deliver their grounds maintenance contract to approximately 1300 properties in Surrey and the surrounding area. The contract will commence on 1.4.2018 for a period of 12 months with a possible extension of 6 months subject to progress that has been made with regard to the re-procurement of the new Contract. The approximate annual value is 120 000 GBP.
