NHS Acute Trust to deliver adult services including Acute Services, Specialist Services, A&E, Cancer, Community, Diagnostic/Pathology, EoL, PTS and Urgent Treatment Centres. Lot 1: NHS Cheshire and Merseyside ICB has awarded a one year contract via Direct Award A to the main acute secondary care service provider across Cheshire and Merseyside. The contract commenced on 1st April 2026 and will expire on the 31st March 2027 with an estimated annual contract value of £1,012,058.000. This contract now includes elements of service that have been delegated by NHS England. Cheshire and Merseyside ICB - £843,352,000 Cheshire and Merseyside Spec Comm - £97,996,000 Greater Manchester Spec Comm - £1,255,000 Lancashire and South Cumbria Spec Comm - £5,547,000 Retained Spec Comm - £63,981,000 Associate Commissioner information will be varied into the contract with a modification to follow.
