Description

Habinteg sought expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified suppliers to undertake works under 14 regional Lots as follows: Lots 1-7: Repairs, Void and Planned/Cyclical Works; Lots 8-14: Gas Works. Habinteg followed a 2-stage. Restricted procurement procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 to appoint suppliers to deliver works under a JCT MTC for a maximum term of 10 years subject to satisfactory performance. Prospective suppliers had to complete and return a selection questionnaire and the associated appendices. London South and South East — Repairs, void and planned/cyclical works To deliver works to Habinteg's stock comprising c. 620 properties in South London and the South East, with an estimated annual value of 969 940,00 GBP. South West and South — Repairs, void and planned/cyclical works. To deliver works to Habinteg's stock comprising c. 340 properties in the South West and South, with an estimated annual value of 529 058 GBP. Central and East — Repairs, void and planned/cyclical works. To deliver works to Habinteg's stock comprising c. 450 properties in the Central and Eastern regions, with an estimated annual value of 684 127 GBP. To undertake works to Habinteg's housing stock comprising c. 590 units in North London, Middlesex and Essex with an estimated annual value of 900 007 GBP. Midlands and North Wales — Repairs, void and and planned/cyclical works. To undertake works to Habinteg's stock comprising c. 180 properties in the Midlands and North Wales, with an estimated annual value of 272 130 GBP. North East — Gas works.
