The “TURN KEY” Sub-Contract Works Package (SCWP) comprises the Design, Supply, Construct and Fit Out New Modular Dining Facility. This to include all design, supervision, labour, plant and materials to carry out the full package of works as described in the accompanying tender documents. The “TURN KEY” Sub-Contract Works Package (SCWP) comprises the Design, Supply, Construct and Fit Out New Modular Dining Facility (as listed in Section 3 of the “Formal Invitation to Tender”).
