Office Fit-out for Department of Foreign Affairs, Cork Passport Office

Description

The proposed works will include a Category A + Category B fit-out of an existing office building in Cork City centre to provide office space for a government department. The net floor area of works is over 19000 sq f to accommodate 140 staff. The existing building is a 6 stories, grade A office building. The existing building is fitted with manned reception desk at ground floor and security swipe access barriers. The project is to deliver a modern, multi-functional office layout by formation of a range of open plan work spaces, cellular offices, staff facilities including meeting/training rooms, canteen and sanitary facilities.
