Nes municipality shall construct a new school building at Auli. The new building shall replace one of the current building in the octagon (Norwegian: åttekanten). The building contains classrooms, workstations for teachers, food & health subjects as well as wrap-around care The building shall be made of solid wood, meet the passive house standard and nZeb. Energy solutions with a heat pump based on heat from the rock and solar panels The building includes a basement +2 floors with facilities to add one more floor.
