Description

Qualification system for the supply and delivery of synthetic railway sleepers/bearers This is a call to competition by IE for the procurement of synthetic railway sleepers and bearers. IE invites applications to participate in the pre-qualification process to appoint suitably qualified companies to a qualification system for the supply of synthetic railway sleepers and bearers, that may arise on an ad-hoc basis. Those companies successfully appointed to the qualification system will receive all future tender enquiries as they arise. This qualification system will have two lots: Lot 1: ISO12856 Type A Material suitable for switch and crossing layouts, bridge waybeams; etc Lot 2: ISO12856 Type B Material suitable for running lines and sidings. Lot 1: ISO12856 Type A material suitable for switch and crossing layouts, bridge waybeams; etc Lot 2: ISO12856 Type B material suitable for running lines and sidings. Lot 3: ISO12856 Type C material typically for yards including switch and crossing layouts.
