Description

Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet [the Norwegian University of Science and Technology] (NTNU) intends to enter into a framework agreement with Gartner Group Norge AS for a subscription based delivery of services for access to ICT strategic consultancy services and supplier-dependent research and analysis services. The intention is to enter into a framework agreement with a two year duration. The procurement will cover NTNU's need for access to ICT strategic consultancy services, research and analysis services from a supplier-dependent collaborating partner. The procurement involves objective analyses of technology and research with intellectual property rights to a database/methodology, nationally and internationally. Consultancy services within research based knowledge on ICT based organisation and competence development in higher education by well-defined methods and processes. Access to research based databases via a portal and analysis for best practice in higher education. ICT based organisation development in higher education. Monitoring of technology, trends and analyses for use by NTNU. Coaching of a strategic and tactical character in accordance with a fixed pattern and when there is a need for selected management roles in a digital working environment. Network options Monitoring of technology with trends for use, analyses of the effect that technology can have in different parts of the university. A broad selection of trade conferences, seminars and workshops.
