North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to engage the market for the development, management, and operation of new student accommodation primarily provided for medical students on placement at Hinchingbrooke Hospital, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. The project will involve the construction of new student housing to replace existing accommodation being demolished for the redevelopment of the hospital site. • The accommodation must be within 30 minutes walking distance of the hospital campus • Estimated duration of the contract • Target delivery date for the accommodation of no later than Spring 2028
