Fitzmary - secure fencing tender

Description

The procurement is for the design, supply, and installation of secure perimeter fencing at Fitzmary House 2, in line with the Trust’s approved fencing standards set out in Design Guide - Fencing Standards. The solution must provide a safe and secure environment for service users, staff, and visitors through the installation of anti-climb fencing, secure access gates, and appropriate fence heights aligned to clinical risk requirements. Works must include robust construction (e.g. concrete ground beams, security fixings, and powder-coated finishes), and allow for integration of lighting and alarm infrastructure where required. The supplier will be responsible for undertaking site surveys, addressing interface risks (e.g. proximity to buildings, trees, and services), and delivering the works in a live clinical environment with minimal disruption.the competitive Tender process for these works to enable incorporation of further priority security fencing replacement requirement across the wider BRH site under remit of the same Tender. Specifically, this now includes the following 5 No. further priority security fencing replacement requirements across the BRH site as informed by the latest version of the Trust-Wide Backlog Maintenance and Functional Suitability Risk Summary Schedule, beyond the fully designed Fitzmary Two NPU scheme for which statutory Planning Approval has already been attained from the London Borough of Bromley Local Authority and will constitute the first deliverable scheme: · Mother & Baby Unit, Fitzmary House, Bethlem Royal Hospital. · Gresham One, Gresham House, Bethlem Royal Hospital. · Gresham Two, Gresham House, Bethlem Royal Hospital. · National Autism Unit, Witley One, Witley House, Bethlem Royal Hospital. · CAMHS Bethlem Adolescent Unit, Tyson East One, Tyson House, Bethlem Royal Hospital.
