Spring cleaning and cleaning substitutes

Description

The framework agreement shall cover the contracting authority´s need for spring cleaning 6 nurseries and 3 wraparound service premises once a year. The agreement also must cover the need for cleaning substitutes for cleaning services at our activities, primarily for cleaning of health and welfare institutions. Substitute cleaning staff under the agreement shall only relieve the contracting authority's own cleaning staff in the event of unforeseen capacity challenges, e.g. in case of unplanned sick leave or holiday periods. We also need clearing services and final cleaning of municipal housing.
