Provision of language services

Description

Following the re-opening of competition under lot 5h: Regional managed services - Southeast of the Crown Commercial Services national framework agreement for the provision of language services, reference RM6141, the Trust has entered a contract with a service provider to deliver communication support to the Trust's staff requiring help in supplying health services to service users who speak or read languages other than English and/or who need to communication in English in non-spoken ways. The provision of such interpreting and translation services also covers the broader information and communication needs of service users with hearing or vision disabilities.
