Purchase of Vehicles for FRONTEX Operational Activities

Description

As part of the cross country mobility project, FRONTEX intends to purchase vehicles for operational activities. The tender is divided into two (2) lots, as follows: — lot 1 – off-road vehicles, — lot 2 – SUV vehicles. Detailed information is provided in the Annex II – Technical Specifications. Lot 1: Lot 1 – Off-road Vehicles The vehicles will be used in FRONTEX operational activities: — for the transport of five fully equipped border guard officers in each vehicle, — in climate/regions: from Arctic to Mediterranean (alongside all external EU borders). As follows: the off-road vehicles - in rough terrain (i.e. driving on unsurfaced roads or tracks, such as sand, gravel, riverbeds, mud, snow, rocks, and other natural terrain).
