The contracting authority will not construct, operate or own energy stations itself, the idea is that the actors themselves will do this. This call for tenders is therefore not considered as a procurement per se. Instead, a service concession agreement is proposed in which the participants can compete for a license for the establishment of an energy station on given terms and on a lot owned by Oslo municipality in Oluf Onsum vei (cadastral reference number/property registration number 149/957).
