Description

United Communities are inviting contractors to Tender for the procurement of a 5 year Communal Cleaning and rubbish clearance contract. The contract will require the successful contractor to attend 85 communal areas on a fortnightly basis to fully cleanse and remove all rubbish. All of United Communities communal areas are located in the Greater Bristol area. All tenderers are advised to read the project brief and the Invitation To Tender documents thoroughly and follow all the instructions included in the documents. All tenderers are advised to inspect the communal areas to be tendered for prior to submitting their tenders. The services required is the cleansing of United Communities internal communal areas and collection of fly tipped rubbish from external areas. Access to Tender documents will be via an electronic portal In-Tend following the registration of the Tenderers Organisation. Any correspondence is to be done by following the In-Tend correspondence or clarifications tabs. All United Communities areas are based in Bristol and Tenderers will be expected to achieve the minimum standard requirements set out in the Tender documentation.
