St Helens Borough Council are inviting offers for the purchase of the freehold interest in 0.82 Hectares (2.03 Acres) or thereabouts of land Glover Street / Banner Street St.Helens. Offers will only be considered if made on the attached Tender Offer Form and uploaded onto The Chest (NW Procurement Drive Register). Supporting documentation should be provided with the Tender Offer Form a checklist for which is on the final page of the document.
