Framework agreement for pest control and prevention. The framework agreement will cover the needs of Hå Municipality and Hå Church Council, hereafter called the contracting authority, in relation to their need for pest control services in their buildings. Lot 1: The framework agreement will cover the contracting authority’ need for pest control services in their buildings. The properties include, amongst other things, schools, nurseries, nursing homes, office premises, pump station, storehouses, and churches. Typical work tasks covered by the contract will be (non-exhaustive list): Pest control, including: - Chemical/disinfection treatment of pest problems. - Control by using fibre-optic equipment - Placement and follow-up of bait boxes/traps - Other measures for controlling insects/pests. Air measurements if there are suspicions of mould and other rot. Placement, collection, and analysis of tests for radon. Renovation work for mould and other rot damage is not included in the contract.
