Description
The Ministry of Defence will be tendering to procure a Commercial, Off the Shelf (COTS) solution to managing Primary Health Care Records (PHCRs) on behalf of Veterans who are applying for Compensation with the Armed Forces Veterans Services team. The aim is to digitise and modernise the current manual / paper-based process, increase accuracy of claims and speed up the turn-around time of the claims process. The Supplier will be integrated with local and national health boards / authorities and will leverage existing capabilities to achieve these goals. The listed contract start date is an estimate, and is dependent on internal approvals.
