P19798 Coffee Machine and Breakroom Consumables supply

Description

The Contracting Authority has a current requirement for a supplier to deliver our Bean to Cup Coffee Machines installation and subsequent maintenance along with the supply of breakroom consumables (coffee beans, coffee accessories and fruit). Landside Breakrooms: • DAC 3 is located on the Dublin Airport Campus. It is the office building next to the Terminal 2 Car Park. It houses approximately 370 daa staff members over four floors including the ground floor. The Platform is the name of the canteen area and is located on the ground floor. • The Kiosk is a shared breakroom located in Terminal 1. To get to the kiosk you take the staff lifts from the arrivals level to the 5th floor where you will have to pass through a set of double doors and enter a glass office section to find the Kiosk at the end on the left. Airside Breakrooms: • The Bridge is located after passing through security to go airside. From the Terminal 1 side you access the Bridge via the Baggage Hall above Passenger Security Screening. From Terminal 2 departures you can access the Bridge via the airside link corridor. • The T2 Shared Breakroom can be accessed after the departures level staff screening.
