Description

This Call-Off Contract confirms that the Suppliers provides the Customer with up to 20 users' access to the Civica Clinical Pathways SaaS solution within the Gastroenterology / IBD & Colposcopy teams for the term of the Call-Off Contract. The SaaS solution includes support and maintenance services. Term: The Call-Off Contract term shall be two years initial period and an optional extension period of a further two years. Civica Clinical Pathways (formerly known as InfoFlex) is dedicated to driving digital transformation in the NHS through a single clinical solution. The configurability options meet changing NHS needs and supports healthcare management such as: • Care pathway and workflow management • Patient and clinician portals and dashboards • Shared care and empowerment of patients in their own care processes • Integrated inpatient care • All clinical specialties including cancer care pathway, surgical pre-assessment, patient data management, IBD, multiple sclerosis, rheumatology and endoscopy • Remote monitoring and stratified pathway tracking • Discharge summaries • Scheduling
